Item Availability
Our team will ensure that our inventory is always up to date, however all products are subject to their availability. If a product has been sold out after placing an order, an email or private message notification will be sent out immediately. You have the option to either replace the item for the same price value or receive a full refund.


Pre-Order
Order Cut-Off: Every Friday

All pre-orders must be paid in full in order to process your orders. If the item you purchased is no longer available, you will have the option to exchange your item(s), receive a full refund or get a store credit.

Orders received after the cut-off day will be processed the following business day. Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to confirm order availability. You will only receive a notification if your items are not available.

Estimated time of arrival for all pre-ordered items will be 2-3 weeks. If there is any delay or issue with an order, our team will notify you immediately. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WAIT.


On-hand
On hand items will be available for same day pick-up. Please allow 2-3 hours to pack your orders. Once your order is ready, a notification will be sent out shortly. If you want a specific time for pick-up you may contact us and inform us of your request.

Due to the settings of monitors and studio lightnings used during photoshoots, we do not guarantee that the colour shown on our website or social media will be an exact match of the style or design you will receive. Diwata & Co. is not responsible for any colour mismatched that may occur during production.


Size Disclaimer
Product sizing may differ depending on how the item was manufactured. Diwata & Co. is not responsible for any sizing variation that may occur during and after production. Our team will do their very best to ensure that each product will be provided with detailed information regarding sizing and measurements.
