Pre-Orders
Please keep in mind that pre-orders estimated arrival time is between 2-3 weeks. Once we receive your pre-orders, our team will thoroughly inspect each item prior to shipment. When ready you will be notified via email with your tracking number. Delays are expected for pre-orders. Please ensure that you are willing to wait when ordering.


Custom Orders
All custom orders will be processed within 5-10 business days from the order date. If any delay is expected, our team will be in contact with you. Tracking number will be emailed as soon as your items has been shipped.


On-hand 
Allow 1-2 business days processing time for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent out with your tracking number.


Shipping Rates
We are shipping all orders via Canada Post. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout base on your location. Processing and/or Handling fee may apply.

Free Local Shipping on all orders over $150 
Will automatically apply at checkout (free shipping cannot be combined with other offers/discount)


Tracked Items
We ship via Canada Post with a tracking number that we will provide on your confirmation email. Tracked shipment time is between 3-9 business days unless otherwise noted on our email confirmation. Delated shipping may occur due to the carrier, check the tracking number frequently for more updates.


In-correct Information
If you have inputed a wrong information, you must inform us immediately to make the changes. If our team was informed after the items has been shipped, it is no longer our responsibility, You must contact the courier to make these changes. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and spelled correctly to avoid any issues during shipping.


Lost of Stolen Items
All shipment is guaranteed to be delivered to you safely, however once an order has been shipped we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Pick-Up
We offer same day no-contact pick up at our business location. Simply choose 'pick up' during check out and once your items are ready a notification will sent. If you require a specific time please contact our team via email atinfo@diwata.coor on our social media platforms via direct messaging.
