Love, Bae does not offer refunds unless an order was delivered or picked up damaged, or incorrect. All products are thoroughly inspected by our team prior and during packaging orders.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit. We will provide detailed information regarding the products and it is your responsibility to ensure the items will fit you prior to ordering.

To qualify for returns or exchanges you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery/pick up date. A video reference of you opening your package is required for proof of damaged or incorrect items received.

For an exchange, email info@lovebae.ca with the title subject 'EXCHANGE' please include your invoice number and name in the email.

Once qualifications have been approved, you must return the items at your own expense. All products must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

All exchanges will be refunded as a store credit, or can be replaced with an item with the same or greater price value (price difference paid separately). Shipping cost will not be refunded. Sale or promotional items are considered FINAL SALE. no exceptions.
