Order Processing

How long does it take to process orders?

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your orders.

I don't know my size, what do I do?

Our sizing charts and color options will be available under the option tab on the main menu.

Do you accept rush orders?

Unfortunately, we have a no rush policy. We will never sacrifice quality over quantity.

What happens if my orders are delayed?

If there is any delays or issues with your orders. Our customer service team will inform you immediately.

How do I send custom designs?

Please send all custom designs via email: hello@lovebae.ca
Please note on the subject line, your order number and full name.

What happens if an item becomes sold out and I already paid for it?

Our team will contact you immediately if your item has been sold out. You will then have an option to receive a full refund or a store credit.

Pick-Up

Where is your pick-up location?

Do you have an alternate pick up location?

Yes we do! please contact us to discuss alternate location.

Will I be able to pick up my order outside your business hours?

Yes of course! contact us to arrange a time and date that is more specific to your availability.

If I placed an order that is on hand would I be able to pick up on the same day?

Yes! We offer same day pick up for all available on hand items! Please allow 2-3 hours notice for our team to sort and pack your items.

Delivery

Do you do delivery?

No, sorry at this time we do not offer delivery.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.

sometimes tracking information may be incorrect and packages may be marked delivered before they actually arrive - oops! your package should be delivered within a couple days. in the meantime please check with your neighbours and/or the post office for more information.

I still have not received my order even after a few days?

Your order may be lost/stolen, please contact us immediately.

Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout base on your location. Processing and/or Handling fees may apply.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping on order over $150 will automatically be applied during checkout (free shipping cannot be combined with other offers/discount)

If I order today, can you ship it tomorrow?

Our shipping days are scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Any orders received outside our shipping days will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on your location, shipping may take between 2-10 business days. For better accuracy, a tracking number will be provided for every order(s) shipped. 

Can I track my orders?

Yes of course, tracking number will be provided to you once your orders has been shipped.

Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (visa, master card, amex, etc) debit visa, apple pay, google pay and PayPal.

Do you accept email money transfer?

Yes we do! All email money transfer can be made payable to: shop.lovebae@gmail.com

Do you accept four easy payments?

We partnered up with Afterpay as a form of four easy payments. It splits your entire purchase in 4 equal payments over 6 weeks. Just choose the option Afterpay during check out. 

What is the extra charges on my invoice?

All invoices will have a credit/debit card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. This also applies to our in-person market events.
